Villa Rosy, an ancient stone farmhouse restored to its original beauty in the second half of the 19th century, sits amidst a 20 acres olive grove in the gentle hills of Mount Subasio, only 3 Km from Assisi. The enchanting view of the underneath valley stretches from Montefalco to and beyond Torgiano.

Our guests can enjoy our swimming pool (5x10m.) provided with shower and sun loungers - a solarium from where you will view unforgettable sunsets, a herbs and vegetable garden, and an orchard where the most typical produce is grown.

Rivotorto, the closest village, is only 900 m away from the Villa. There you will easily find all the basic services you may need – bars, restaurant, bank, bakery, patisserie, fishmonger, supermarket, newsagent, petrol station, as well as a riding centre offering horse walks in the Natural Park of Mount Subasio and a paragliding school.

The SS3 highway, which connects the main Umbrian cities, is only 1.5 km away, and Florence and  Rome are only 2 hours drive from here.

APARTMENTS

1.  MIMOSA (190 sq. metres)

This is a dream of an apartment!  Built on three floors, two beautiful, wrought-iron, internal, spiral staircases interconnect the rooms and facilities

Ground floor: an arched living/dining room with a large fireplace and satellite TV. The fully-fitted kitchen includes: gas/electric hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, American coffee machine, toaster together with a wide range of equipment and utensils.
Bedroom 1 - double room, en suite bathroom with shower.
First floor:  Bedroom 2 - double room, luxury fitted bathroom including bath and separate shower.  Bedroom 3 - twin-bedded room, bathroom with shower.
Second floor: Bedroom 4 - double room bathroom with shower.  This floor also has a spacious lounge with sofas, fireplace and satellite TV.

All windows are fitted with mosquito screens. Private al-fresco dining area with table and chairs and built-in barbecue.

2.  MAGNOLIA (55 sq. metres)

This ground floor apartment, restored with the maximum of sensitivity, intelligence and good taste, is easily accessed by wheelchair.
The spacious living/dining area is tastefully furnished and includes a comfortable sofa bed and satellite TV.
The fully-fitted kitchen includes: gas/electric hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, together with a wide range of equipment and utensils.
The apartment has one double bedroom and a bathroom with bidet, shower, shaver point and hairdryer.

All windows are fitted with mosquito screens. Private al-fresco dining area with table and chairs and charcoal Weber barbecue.
